in itself. Nestled in the scenic district of Igatpuri, Bhandardara developed as one of the best and less commercial hill
stations of Maharashtra. The village is home to the states highest peak, Mount Kalsubai. Embraced by natural lakes,
waterfalls, flora, and fauna, Bhandardara is the best retreat for the mind, body, and soul.

Option 1:( Only to those who have booked with Transportation).
- Meeting Point: Kasara station ticket counter
- Meeting Time: 02:00 pm: (only for the participants who have registered with transportation tickets.)
- 02:30 am: we get into our private Zeep vehicle and begin the journey towards the campsite.
- 05:30 Pm: We get to hear the waves as we get the first glance of the campsite and the Lake.
Option 2:( People who have booked without transportation)
- 04:30 pm: Reach the campsite on your own.
- On Arrival Refreshment Juice would be served.
- Freshen up and Have soulful snacks with Garma Garam Tea/Coffee.
- 05:00 pm: Icebreaker round. Settle down and enjoy the sun setting from the Campsite. The place is all time best for nature photography. You may enjoy indoor games such as carrom, badminton, volleyball or one can just relax and unwind on hammocks until sunset.
- 07:00 pm: Enjoy the experience of cooking the Barbeque for yourself (Veg/Non-veg). We’ll guide you for the same.
- 08:00 pm: It’s time to move and groove to the beats of music.
- 10:00pm: Unlimited Delicious dinner (Veg/Non-veg/Jain) will be served prepared by locals with traditional Indian cooking style.
- 11:00 pm: And finally, the most awaited moment to counter the chill around sizzling, hot and burning campfire with an awesome MUSIC by the Lake! And this experience will be locked forever accompanied by loads of fantastic memories!
- 11:59 pm What are you waiting for? Get ready with your gang to celebrate the new year!
- 12:00am Bingo!!! We wish each other the Happiest & a Prosperous New Year.
End the day nearby a lake under the open sky & enjoy sleeping in Tent. (Foam mattress will be provided)
Day 02: 01st Jan 2024
• 07:00 am: Wake up around 08:00 am and enjoy the chillness of the air.
• 08:30 am: A hot cup of tea and tummy full breakfast with the sight of alleviating lake is a just perfect weekend treat!!
• 09:00 am – 11:00 am: Enjoy the pleasant morning along the lakeside, play games, take a dip into the lake.

NYE Lakeside Camping at Bhandardara Things To Carry
- Identity proof (Must)
- Camera (on your own risk)
- Extra Pair of dry clothes
- Personal Care Medicine those which you require usually.
- Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments.
- Carrying sanitizers, gloves, face shield and mask is compulsory.
- Cap
- Music instruments (optional), camera (optional), slippers, long pants, long t-shirts/shirts, socks, warm clothes, water bottle (to refill).
- Sanitizers and Disinfectants
- 75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
- 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
- No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date
- No show No Refund.
- Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
- Event Tickets can be transferred to another person against cancellation.

- Rs.500 Advance payment is Non Refundable.
- Balance Amount you need to pay by 30th Dec'23
- If you are not feeling well already then kindly do not book the tickets.
- Seats are on the basis on 1st come - 1st serve basis. While returning also you have to sit on your initial Seat.
- Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged
- Hiking / Trekking / Rock climbing is an adventurous activity and accidents can happen in spite of taking utmost caution and care. Bhatakna Tours & Travels are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.
- Participants with any medical issues /history are not allowed to opt for this event. If he/she does so that it is done at the participant's risk. The management won't be responsible for any incident.
- Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- Leaders’ decisions will be final and binding.
- Participants or Members are responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.
- Team reserves all the right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without prior notice.
