Kalsubai with the height of 1646 meters 5400 Feet is famous as one of the highest peaks in Maharashtra. Kalsubai lies in the Sahyadri mountain range. This being the highest peak, it commands a beautiful view. Since Kalsubai is extremely famous, enough effort has been made to make this trek easy. There are steel railings, chains, and ladders at places where it is difficult to climb.

Day 2,

  • 02:30 AM: Reach the base village and Get freshen up   
  • 03:00 AM: Start the Trek to Kalsubai Peak post briefing and instructions by Trekleaders 
  • 06:30 AM: Reach the kalsubai peak and See the sunrise. And Click Photos. 
  • 07:00 AM: Have Breakfast 
  • 09:00 AM: Start descending to the Base village.
  • 01:00 PM: Reach the base village, Get freshen up and have Lunch
  • 03:00 PM: Start return journey to Pune

  • There is no freshen up / washroom / Toilet facility on the Mountain only Available at the Base Village.
  • Avoid carrying heavy weight for the trek.
  • Floaters and Sandals are not allowed, please wear sports shoes or trekking shoes of good quality.

No washrooms are only available at the base village.

3- Can we bring our vehicle to the base village and is parking available?

Parking is available near the village, Parking fee will be applicable, Car owner parks at their own risk.

Yes, we can arrange Jain food for the trek.

5- What are the compulsory things to carry on the trek?

Please carry 3 liters of water, a torch, and rainwear, wear good trekking shoes, and wear a full T-shirt, and track pants.

The itinerary is the approx time during monsoon road conditions are bad there may be delays due to bus breakdowns or bad weather in case the bus reaches late Trekhievers will not pay for Uber Ola or taxi fare.
