Itinerary
Day 1: People joining from Pune/Mumbai via tempo traveler:
  • 1.00pm:Pickup from Mumbai( Borivali,Ahdheri,Sion,Vashi,Kalamboli)
  • 8.00pm:Pickup from BMCC College Fc road
  • 8.30pm:Pickup from Xion Mall Hinjewadi
 Day 2: Arrival in Goa, check-in at the hotel, and sightseeing in North Goa
  1. Arrive in Goa in the morning and kick off your day with a delightful breakfast.
  2. Embark on your first day of exploration in Goa by cruising around on a two-wheeler.
  3. Begin your journey along the picturesque Para Road, leading to the renowned Aguada Fort, a must-visit attraction in North Goa.
  4. In the evening, unwind by taking a refreshing dip in the sea, or if you're in the mood for adventure, indulge in some thrilling water sports.
  5. As night falls, you have the freedom to choose between a relaxed evening at the serene Baga Beach or the vibrant nightlife at Titos Lane for a memorable clubbing experience.
  6. The night is yours to enjoy!
Day 3: Goa Sightseeing Day
  • Early in the morning, get ready as we travel to Old Goa to visit the Dutch-era churches.
  • On the route, we stop at the Basilica on Bomb Jesus, Se Cathedral, and other sites. We also stop at the Shantadurga temple. 
  • After lunch, we travel to Cola Beach, a hidden gem in South Goa, for a blue lagoon for kayaking.
  • From the Cola beach, you may swim in the sea and view the most breathtaking sunset.
  • If time allows, we visit Palolem Beach before beginning the trip back to the hotel.
  • Later, you can dine with an ocean view at Britto's and explore the markets.
  • Overnight at South Goa
Day 4: South Goa Exploration | Kayaking
  1. Commence your day with a hearty breakfast and set forth on your journey towards South Goa.

  2. Explore the historical charm of Cabo de Rama Fort, soaking in its unique atmosphere and panoramic views.

  3. Indulge in a delightful kayaking activity amidst the tranquil backwaters of Cola Beach, adding an adventurous touch to your itinerary. Cap off your day by witnessing the enchanting beauty of Butterfly Beach and experiencing the mesmerizing sunset, creating unforgettable moments.

  4. As you wrap up your day, begin your return journey, carrying a bundle of cherished memories and perhaps even new friendships made during your time in this idyllic destination.

Day 5: Arrival in Mumbai and Pune
  • Arrive at Pune and Mumbai early in the morning.

What is included in the tour

  • Travel in seater/Sleeeper bus from Pune or Mumbai.
  • Beach Side Accommodation in a triple/quad-sharing basis in hotels.
  • Private vehicle for sightseeing throughout.
  • Bikes on Day 1 with one litre petrol (tempo travelers will be taken for sightseeing incase of non availability of two wheelers during peak season).
  • Guided tour.

  • Meals that are not mentioned in the inclusion section
  • Travel meals from Pune/Mumbai to Goa and return
  • Other personal expenses, such as those for alcohol and/or soft beverages
  • Entry fees to nightclubs if you intend to go!
  • Any other costs not listed in the inclusion section
  • If you choose to use Razorpay as your payment method, payment gateway fees of 0.99% - 3% will be charged depending on your payment mode.

Things To Carry

Rucksack.pngRucksack:

You must pick a good quality backpack with a comfortable fit and straps that won’t give you shoulder pain. You can check out your nearest Decathlon store for a good trekking backpack.

Day-Pack.pngDay Bag / Day Pack:

When you head towards the summit, you are required to carry only a few necessary items and for that, you need a day backpack as you will leave your bigger one on the campsite.

Durable footwear designed for rugged terrains.

Floaters.pngFloaters or Sandals:

Although the entire trek requires a good quality shoe, you still need to let your feet breathe to avoid chafing and blisters. When you are at the camp, a good pair of sandals and floaters will help you to move freely.

Tees.pngTees / Tshirts / Beachwear:

You must keep at least three pairs of quick dry tees & Beachwear so that you can wash them in between stops for proper hygiene.

Towel.pngQuick Dry Towel:

A quick dry towel will help in maintaining proper hygiene. It must dry quickly because the wet fabric will only increase the chance of bacterial growth.

Sun-Cap.pngSun Cap / Hat:

A lightweight sun cap with side flaps is perfect to keep your head cool and avoid sunburns on a sunny day.

Sunscreen.pngSunscreen SPF 40+:

To avoid sunburns and chafing, you need to put on sunscreen as well as cold cream.

Hydration is extremely important when it comes to trekking. Carrying a water bottle that you can refill with Himalayan water is a must.

A bag with all your essentials including napkins, toothpaste, sanitizers, paper soap, etc should be carried in a ziplock bag.

A few cuts and bruises are almost inevitable when you are on a trek so carrying a medical kit with bandages, Dettol, etc is necessary.

Photochromatic glasses are specs that are designed to transform into anti-glare shades depending upon exposure to the sun. They are good when it comes to eye protection but one can also opt for clip-on glasses etc.

IRCTC Rules

  • Kindly note that Bhatakna makes its tickets from IRCTC certified agents.
  • We use intelligent AI-based tools like ConfirmTicket to predict the confirmation probability of your ticket.
  • It is essential to note that the tool does not guarantee a 100% confirmation for Waitlisted and RAC tickets and Bhatakna does not hold any control over confirmation of tickets.
  • Incase train gets cancelled or the route gets changed due to any reason Bhatakna will not be responsible and alternate solution will be provided at monitory cost.
  • We advice to book your trip at least 30 days prior to improve your possibility of getting a confirmed tickets.
  • Kindly note that our team members will get in touch with you to provide alternate options for trains where you can hold a chance of a confirmed ticket which may have some monetary difference in the ticket amount which if you confirm to upgrade shall be liable to pay.

  • Will the other gender be allowed to share my triple room if my group of three includes both men and women?

No, we are not able to accommodate you in this manner. To prevent future conflicts, we exclusively offer gender-specific rooms.

Cancellation for Backpacking Trips

  1. Cancellation 30 days before the starting date of the trip — Get your full trek fee back in an Bhatakna Cupon OR get a monetary refund with 15% cancellation charges.
  2. Cancellation between 30 days and 20 days before the starting date of the trek — Get 80% of the trek fee in an Bhatakna cupon OR get a monetary refund with 50% cancellation charges.
  3. Cancellation less than 20 days before the starting date of the trek — No monetary refund, get 50% of your fees in an Bhatakna Cupoun .
  4. Cancellation less than 15 days to Departure:No refund will be provided for any amount paid.
  5. Cancellation incase your not well and could not join:Incase you are unwell it is advisable to take rest however kindly note that you can find a replacement for yourself no refund or transfer is applicable incase of any illness or covid cases
